Redeemed Organization
This page details the leadership structure and organization of Redeemed. We've tried lots of different forms of government over the years. Some of them work better than others. Currently our structure is a relatively simple chain of command, which is arranged as follows.

  • Commander: Drachemorder
The Commander is the leader of Redeemed. He is responsible for making decisions and carrying them out, as well as delegating authority to other members.
  • Subcommander: Sirius Raptorus
The Subcommander is second in command. He has authority to perform all clan duties when the Commander is absent or otherwise unable to act. He is also able to appoint other members to act in his stead if that should be necessary.
  • Level III Membership
The Level III members form an advisory council and a pool from which other leadership roles are drawn. All important clan decisions are discussed among the Level III members before being put into action.
In addition, there are a number of leadership roles within the Level III membership which have specific responsibilities. These roles may change from time to time, and the members who fill them are chosen by the Commander. These positions include:
    • Spiritual Development
The Spiritual Development office contains several positions. Its purpose is to look out for the spiritual condition of Redeemed, to host and promote activities of a Christian nature, and to help resolve conflicts among members. The Spiritual Development positions include Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, and several Deacons as required.
    • Recruiting
The Recruiting position has the responsibility to advertise the community and locate potential new members. Also, Recruiters are allowed to manage the member list, adjust membership levels and activity indicators, and ensure that new members are welcomed into the group. There may be more than one Recruiter at a time, depending on need.
    • Clan Relations
Members in charge of Clan Relations have the responsibility to arrange competitions between Redeemed and gaming clans, as well as maintaining relations between Redeemed and other communities. There may be more than one member in this role at a time; in particular, different Clan Relations officers may be in charge of relations with the communities for specific games (for example, there may be a CR member in charge of relations with the Jedi Academy community, and one in charge of relations with the Halo community).
    • Community Events
Members in charge of community events have the responsibility to host gaming servers, schedule games, schedule chats, and organize competitions within Redeemed. There may be several members in Community Events positions; in particular, there may be different members in charge of events for different games.
  • Level II Members
While Level II Members are not really leadership members, they may occasionally be given charge of specific gaming-related events or competitions if needed.
